Isn’t She Adorable (ISA) - FAQ
  1. How will my items be shipped?

    All gifts will be shipped using USPS or UPS. Items delivered by UPS cannot be shipped to a P.O. Box. Once your gift is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Standard shipping for small items/orders under $12 usually ship via USPS.

    All other items are shipped UPS Ground and should arrive in 3-5 business days after order completion. 2 Day is also available for an added charge. If you choose to pay for expedited shipping, it does not necessarily mean that you will receive your order within the amount of days you paid to have the order ship. Personalizing an item takes time, and usually takes a few days to get your item out the door. Typically our turnaround time is 2-3 business days upon order completion, but will vary by product and season. Remember, a majority of our items are hand-made and personalized in-house. Once you order is shipped, then the days for expedited shipping go into effect.

    We are not currently shipping outside of North America. For shipping to Alaska , Hawaii and Canada , please add an additional $10 surcharge. Local pick-up options are available.

  2. What payments do you accept?

    We currently accept the following payment methods:

  3. Is sales tax charged?

    We are required by law to charge sales tax (7%) on orders shipped to residents of Georgia.

  4. What is your return policy?

    We want you to be happy with your order. If there is an error in a customized product, we will make it right. We will correct and reship the product or provide a refund including the shipping cost. Non-customized products can be returned for exchange or refund of the product cost within 30 days of the shipping date. Items must be in their original packaging. Personalized products may not be exchanged. If an item is being returned due to damage or defect, shipping charges will be refunded. Claims for missing goods, claims for incorrect items and/or claims for damaged goods due to shipping must be reported to Isn’t She Adorable within 5 business days of receipt. All damaged merchandise must be returned in the original carton in order to file a claim with USPS or UPS. Please contact us if you have any questions about returning an item.

  5. Can all fonts be done on all items?

    No. All fonts are not available on all items. The fonts that are available are provided in each item description. If there is a discrepancy concerning fonts on your order, you will be contacted by the customer service department.

  6. Why are my initials monogrammed in the order of first, last, then middle initial?

    This specific order is a standard in personalization. In most instances, the last name initial will be the largest initial in the center (ex: ACB for Anna Blake Cole). This puts emphasis on the last name and centers it as well. ISA will format all monograms in this format unless otherwise instructed.

  7. I want to send a gift to someone. Can you wrap my gift?

    Yes. Your items will be wrapped in tissue paper and placed in a white or appropriately decorated box. Please complete the recipients address on checkout and note that the item is being sent as a gift. We will not include an invoice or receipt in the package.

  8. What do I do if I need to clarify anything or have any questions after I’ve submitted an order?
